Job summary

Penn State’s Nutrient Management Education Program (NMEP) seeks a Business Systems Analyst to enhance and update Excel-based tools used statewide, with an eye toward migrating to a web platform. The role will serve as a lead intermediary among NMEP, PAOneStop, and agency partners.

The successful candidate will combine strong programming and communication skills to support cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders within a limited-term, 1-year funding frame.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Strong programming and communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel-based NMP, NBS, and MMP tools used statewide.
• Lead the migration of tools to a web-based platform and act as liaison with PAOneStop and partners.
• Coordinate with multiple organizations including Penn State and state agencies.
