Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role permits remote work with one required in-person visit per month and scheduling flexibility across the USA.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress, with ongoing CEUs and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
