Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Nebraska. The hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include conducting ABA assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families to achieve clinical progress. The ideal candidate will hold Nebraska licensure or be willing to obtain it, have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and have experience providing ABA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
