Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across Nebraska. This is a hybrid role with remote work predominating, plus one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred
