Dayspring Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA or LMFTA) to deliver outpatient therapy in Washington state. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington State
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Ability to maintain Professional Liability Insurance coverage
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Comfort using EHR and telehealth platforms
• Outpatient or group practice experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Gather feedback to align therapy goals with client needs
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
• Attend supervision and team meetings
• Adhere to licensing requirements and company policies
• Maintain caseload targets for part-time and full-time roles
