Dayspring Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA/LMFTA) to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The role offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and a supportive clinical team.

Openings in Issaquah, Kirkland, Maple Valley (WA). Full- and part-time W-2 positions with competitive hourly compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in WA: LMHCA or LMFTA.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Ability to maintain Professional Liability Insurance.
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Experience with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with populations across ages 9–adult in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Obtain parent/patient feedback on programming and goals.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain active caseload: 16 clients/week (part-time) or 22 (full-time).
• Participate in supervision, consultations, or team meetings.
• Adhere to ethical/licensing standards and company policies.
• Attend weekly supervision meetings.

$52-$57.20 per hour; paid bi-weekly

Role Summary

An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace for Mental Health Therapists. Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, associate therapists will:

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Part-Time: Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required (both in person and online)
• Full-Time: Maintain a minimum active caseload of 22 clients per week required (both in person and online)
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
• Attend weekly supervision meetings

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington State
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.); strong preference for therapists interested in working with ages 9 through adulthood
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
