Dayspring Behavioral Health in Maple Valley, WA is seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA or LMFTA) to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families under supervision. The role emphasizes maintaining a caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and thorough documentation in a collaborative team.

This in-person position offers $52–$57.20 per hour, bi-weekly pay, full-time or part-time W-2 status, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
• Strong background in evidence‑based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities.
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week (in person and online).
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Attend weekly supervision meetings.
