Dayspring Behavioral Health in Maple Valley, WA is seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA or LMFTA) to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families under supervision. Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
• Strong background in evidence‑based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.

Compensation: $52-$57.20 per hour; paid bi-weekly

Location: This is an in‑person position based out of Maple Valley, WA

Role Summary

An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high‑quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence‑based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, associate therapists will:

• Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required (both in person and online)
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
• Attend weekly supervision meetings

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington State
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage
• Strong background in evidence‑based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.); strong preference for therapists interested in working with ages 9 through adulthood
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
