PangeaTwo seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Litigation team in Dallas, TX, with remote/hybrid flexibility. The role focuses on foreclosure, title clearance, and real estate-related matters for lenders and investors across Texas.

The ideal candidate has a Texas bar license, 2+ years of experience, and strong skills in real estate litigation, title work, and client interaction. Some in-person training may be required for remote attorneys.

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
Active Texas Bar license in good standing is required.
Minimum 2 years of practicing experience; new admits not considered.
Experience in real estate law, title review/clearance, foreclosure or creditors' rights is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload involving foreclosure, title clearance, and real estate litigation.
Represent lenders and investors in routine and contested matters; appear in court and argue motions.
Develop case strategies, negotiate resolutions, and review loan files and title reports.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents; maintain client communication.
Utilize document and case-management systems to track progress and deadlines.
