e2E, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional in the Kansas City area. The role includes recording cash receipts, disbursements, AR/AP, and payroll, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client policies.

You will collaborate with Accounting Consultants and HR/Payroll teams to support client growth, handle invoicing and reconciliations, and provide guidance on accounting best practices. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in bookkeeping, A/P/A/R, payroll, or office administration.
• Basic proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Record client transactions to general ledger accounts.
• Process invoices and payroll with related reports.
• Reconcile data and prepare client financial reports and analyses.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and client teams.
