Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree required: Associate's or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HVAC drafting or engineering experience.
• Proficient with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, load calculations, and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and teamwork.
• Good communication and time-management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed HVAC drawings using CAD software based on project specs.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to interpret design requirements.
• Perform load calculations and assess system performance.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare project documentation, including specifications and reports.
• Participate in meetings and communicate with clients and teammates.
• Stay updated on HVAC technologies and software enhancements.
