Teksky LLC is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Pine Brook, NJ team in a hybrid work environment. You will contribute to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design for building projects, leveraging AutoCAD and Revit skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HVAC foundation, experience with building codes in NY/NJ, and hands-on experience with design development. This role offers hands-on growth in a collaborative, client-facing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC system design, drafting, or building systems engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems in building construction environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Revit.
• Familiarity with New York and New Jersey building codes, construction standards, and regulations.
• EIT certification or progress toward EIT/PE licensure preferred.
• Must have work authorization accepted for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare mechanical engineering design reports, calculations, equipment sizing, layouts, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Assist senior engineers with feasibility studies, condition assessments, life cycle assessments (LCA), and MEP design development.
• Develop conceptual designs and detailed mechanical systems for building projects.
• Conduct site visits and existing-condition surveys and prepare engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, other engineering disciplines, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and construction-phase coordination.
• Provide engineering support and follow up on projects during construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in HVAC design, proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience with or knowledge of Revit.
