Job summary

TheHiveCareers is seeking a remote HR Manager to help attract, support, and grow talent across the Caribbean. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews while administering payroll, benefits, and compliance for remote staff.

You will also support employee relations, organize development programs, and maintain HR records and HRIS systems. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, with Caribbean labor law familiarity considered a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Caribbean labor laws is a plus
