Job summary
Cadmatic Oy is seeking an experienced Application Specialist, Hull to support Cadmatic Hull deployments, train customers, and provide technical consultation. Remote from home with regular customer site visits, ideally located in the US South or Midwest. Strong shipbuilding background and communication skills are essential.
The role offers full-time employment with a base salary and performance bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and travel expense coverage. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, Computer Science, Naval Architecture, Shipbuilding or related marine discipline.
- 3+ years practical shipbuilding or structural design experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills for training and demos.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training to customers using Cadmatic Hull.
- Advise on hull structure modeling and efficient workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and answer technical questions.
- Deliver training sessions remotely and at customer sites.
- Demonstrate software during sales conversations as a technical expert.
- Capture customer feedback for product development.
