Job summary

Curvion is seeking a HubSpot Systems & Data Engineer to ensure the infrastructure under our clients' sales operations actually works. This deeply technical role focuses on HubSpot architecture, data integrity, automation, integrations, reporting, and performance across multiple client environments.

You will work hands-on to identify problems, build scalable solutions, and document systems for long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency, consulting, or client-services environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures, pipelines, and reporting needs.
• Ability to identify data quality issues and apply remediation.
• Proficiency with HubSpot configurations, properties, and automation.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external systems via APIs/webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize HubSpot properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, automations, and system architecture.
• Audit client HubSpot environments for data quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve CRM data integrity issues across multiple clients.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, imports, exports, and data movement processes.
• Support CRM migrations, deployments, and large-scale system changes.
• Collaborate with RevOps teams to ensure data is structured for reporting and analysis.
• Implement data validation, deduplication, and hygiene processes.
• Troubleshoot CRM and integration issues and identify root causes.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and technical processes.
• Maintain CRM data standards and governance across client environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
