Job summary

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Marketing Systems Administrator to own HubSpot Marketing Hub and its Salesforce integration. You will optimize marketing tech, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable lead management and reporting.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations, develop automated workflows, dashboards, and governance standards to improve marketing ROI while supporting a remote US-based team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing ops or marketing tech roles.
• Hands-on HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub) administration.
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge and integration experience.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary admin for HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Manage HubSpot configuration, workflows, forms, landing pages, and scoring.
• Maintain HubSpot-Salesforce integration and data synchronization.
• Develop automated workflows to improve lead management and ROI.
• Create dashboards and reports for lead gen, funnel, and attribution.
• Document standards for data governance and system usage.
