  • Manage and monitor the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, including data synchronization, field mapping, and data integrity.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators and Sales Operations to ensure consistent processes and reliable movement of information between Marketing and Sales.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization errors, duplicate records, incomplete information, workflow issues, and other system or data-quality problems.
  • Establish and maintain standards for database structure, data governance, field and property management, and system documentation.

  • Support digital marketing activities including emails, forms, landing pages, campaign tracking, and related marketing automation.
  • Evaluate system usage and identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve Marketing and Sales productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to responsibly use AI and automation to improve workflows, data management, reporting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate new marketing technology capabilities and recommend improvements based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, standards, and user guidance.
  • Provide training and support to Marketing team members on HubSpot, related systems, and marketing automation best practices.

    • Experience with marketing automation, workflow development, lead scoring, lead routing, and lifecycle management.
    • Experience with CRM and marketing database governance, data quality, normalization, and duplicate management.
    • Experience developing dashboards and reporting related to lead generation, campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, attribution, and marketing ROI.
