Process Pro Consulting LLC. is seeking a strategic Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain HubSpot-centric automations for diverse client projects.

This contract-to-hire role emphasizes technical ownership of custom actions, API integrations, and data workflows within a remote, collaborative team. You'll partner with Consultants and Solutions Architects to translate business needs into scalable solutions, covering Node.js, Python scripts, and CRM data clean-up while advancing client

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building advanced, scalable automations in HubSpot (Professional or Enterprise tiers).
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and middleware via REST APIs, webhooks, and platforms like Make, Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of React, HTML, and HubL is a plus.
• Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
• Strong grasp of system architecture, data modeling, and CRM structure with scalability in mind.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and optimizing HubSpot automations using workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, serverless functions, CRM cards, and internal apps.
• Building and maintaining integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems via REST APIs, middleware, or custom scripts.
• Developing internal HubSpot apps, CRM cards, and extensions to enhance client portals and UX.
• Automating data clean-up, property resets, normalization, and cross-platform data syncs.
• Supporting subscription logic, deal automation, lead routing, lifecycle updates, and CRM schemas.
