Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of 110+ service agreements totaling $40+ million per year, coordinating with HTM leadership and customers.
• Identifies standardization opportunities and negotiates extensions or terminations of agreements.
• Monitors contract change dates, validates rate increases, and ensures correct pricing in systems.
• Completes contract approvals and liaises with Legal for terms and risk issues.
• Develops and publishes communications, tools, and rate summaries for HTM contracts.
• Deals with GPO pricing, ensures pricing accuracy in CMMS, and tracks cost metrics.
• Maintains contract database accuracy and supports reporting on savings and ROI.
• Reviews invoices against contracts, resolves pricing discrepancies, and processes credits.
