Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Delivery Lead to drive a major HR Service Delivery programme in a large enterprise. This is a delivery-focused role ensuring discovery through go-live and hypercare.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run workshops, manage stakeholders, and ensure best practices with HRSD capabilities, integrations with Workday/SAP/Oracle, and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow HRSD programmes or implementations.
• Strong HRSD capabilities: Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management.
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments; financial services or insurance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Run workshops to gather and refine requirements.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Ensure best-practice configuration and successful go-live.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders.
