Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a contracts-based Business Analyst to drive HRIS, payroll and EDI initiatives for our client. You will gather requirements, document processes, and act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team in a fast-paced environment.

This fully remote contract position requires strong relationship-building, rigorous requirements capture, and the ability to push tasks to completion within tight deadlines. Prior experience in HR/EDI projects is a must.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships quickly in a smaller environment and communicate effectively with IT directors & managers and business users.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes across HR/payroll/EDI initiatives.
• Able to chase down stakeholders post meetings to ensure timely task completion in tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between thought leadership, administration and development teams.
