• Serves as the primary point of contact via email, phone and chat channels delivering accurate information on application status, background check processing, misconduct check processing, personnel file sharing, and related policy consultation.
• Supports specialized recruiting services for complex and difficult-to-fill positions and participates in university employee events such as New Employee Orientation and New Highlander Welcome, including local travel for campus events.
