Qualifications

• Provide front-line customer service and guidance on HR topics.
• Serve as primary contact via email, phone and chat for applicants and staff.
• Research and resolve complex inquiries with campus HR and external vendors.
• Maintain detailed case records in background and misconduct check systems.
• Support specialized recruiting for complex/difficult-to-fill positions.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation and participate in the New Highlander Welcome committee.

Responsibilities
