Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and 3-5 years of professional level human resources experience with a focus on Recruiting/Selection.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of I-9 process and onboarding procedures.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulatory guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HRIS/ATS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from initiation through offer, acceptance and onboarding for both bargaining and non-bargaining positions.
• Screen applications, schedule assessments, participate in interviews and present offers.
• Coordinate and deliver New Hire Onboarding meetings and conduct on-site/off-site hiring events.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and communicate recruitment status to hiring managers and candidates.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance with I-9 procedures and records.
• Provide back-up support to other HR positions as needed.
