Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote HR Systems Analyst to administer, optimize, and enhance HR systems and tools. You will work with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure system integrity and drive data-driven insights across a global team.

The role emphasizes system upgrades, reporting, and process improvements, with a focus on security, privacy, and compliance in a remote, international environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, BA or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• HRIS or system administration certifications (Workday, SAP, Oracle) are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems administration, data analysis, or related role.
• Experience managing HR tech platforms and improving system performance.
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI for data analysis.
• Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
