Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking senior HR professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design contexts. The role focuses on constructing realistic HR scenarios and rubrics for expert analysis.

Work as an independent contractor in a fully remote arrangement. You will develop tasks across HR functions and ensure compliance with US and international employment standards, with weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as HR leader or CHRO at large company or consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations, or compensation design.
• Fluency in HR tooling and methodologies; understanding of employment law.
• Credential such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct HR scenarios across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design.
• Build tasks across recruiting, labor relations, compensation, HR compliance, and org development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and benchmarking tools.
• Apply workforce planning and compensation benchmarking to create reference policies and reports.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic HR judgment.
