Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day-to-day compensation programs, onboarding, and HR workflows. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accurate job data, salary components, and compliant pay practices.

You will lead People Analytics, monitor compensation legislation, and drive policy creation and process improvements across HR data sources while mentoring HR specialists and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with a focus on onboarding and/or total rewards.
• 1-2 years of experience of people management.
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day compensation programs and onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Oversee compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manages escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provides guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent and compliant with policies.
• Maintains onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
