Ideal candidates have strong written/verbal skills, basic Excel, and the willingness to work night shifts. You’ll prepare reports, support stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (5:30 PM IST 2:30 AM IST).
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
