Job summary

Turing, a leading AI company, seeks a People Operations expert to fine-tune HR domain logic for AI tools, translating policies into deterministic spreadsheet rules.

You will handle requisition-to-hire, headcount planning, compensation bands, PTO accrual, onboarding, and ensure outputs meet professional standards.

This contractor role requires 40 hours per week with 8 hours overlap with PST, up to 10 weeks, remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, or HRBP roles.
• Deep familiarity with ATS, headcount planning, compensation bands, PTO accrual rules.
• Strong ability to translate HR policies into deterministic spreadsheet logic and KPIs.
• Experience in peer reviews and calibrating deliverables to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Define discovery parameters and guardrails for AI HR tools.
• Co-design interview workflows and validate context files.
• Verify pipeline stages, leave accrual formulas, KPI metrics.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide sign-off for QC.
