Job summary

Turing is seeking a travel and event operations expert to ground AI tools in complex logistics, multi-city itineraries, vendor budgeting, and cost-splitting mechanics. You will translate workflows into deterministic spreadsheet logic, validate AI outputs against professional travel and event standards, and ensure governance in our evaluation process.

This is a contractor role, 40 hours/week with 8 hours overlap with PST, up to 10 weeks, remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in travel planning, event coordination, agency operations, or hospitality management.
• Deep familiarity with multi-city itineraries, vendor tracking, RSVP management, and cost sharing formulas.
• Ability to translate travel and event workflows into deterministic spreadsheet logic.
• Strong analytical mindset with cost modeling and contingency planning.
• Remote-ready setup with reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Define discovery parameters and guardrails for AI builders and canvases.
• Co-design interview workflows and validate context files.
• Verify multi-city itinerary logic, cost-splitting, milestone payments, and validation across tools.
• Review AI-generated outputs for alignment with professional travel agency, destination management, and event execution standards.
