Job summary

CAI is inviting a motivated HR Intern to join their Human Resources team virtually for the June 7, 2027 to August 6, 2027 internship window. This 9‑week, full‑time program runs remotely with a 40‑hour week and requires availability during core business hours in the United States.

You will rotate through Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HRIS/People Analytics to gain a cross‑functional view of HR and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• GPA 3.5 or higher as a student in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee records and data policies.
• Collect and analyze workforce data to support leadership reports.
• Contribute to HR projects and content showcasing CAI as an employer of choice.
• Assist with HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking and use AI-powered HR tools.
