Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR projects. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core HR functions and suits a junior student exploring a career in HR.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, full‑time and remote, requiring 40 hours per week. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas to gain a cross‑functional view of HR.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support new hire onboarding, including documentation.
• Support accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data retention policies.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data and translating findings into reports for leadership.
• Contribute to content that highlights CAI’s culture, career opportunities, and value proposition as an employer of choice.
• Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI‑powered HR tools.
