Job summary

The Maryland Judiciary seeks an AOC HR Data Analyst to support the Assistant State Court Administrator- Human Resources and Deputy Director of Human Resources. You will develop, implement, and coordinate organizational development initiatives within the Human Resources Division, focusing on data-driven solutions and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of professional human resources experience; one (1) year with data analytics.
• Preferred: one year of extensive use in Microsoft Excel.
• Additional HR experience may be substituted year-for-year for up to four years of education.

Responsibilities

• Conducts independent business analysis from a human resources perspective for the Maryland Judiciary.
• Generates and compiles monthly metrics and analytics to support HR leadership.
• Creates data dashboards in HRIS for HR and State Court Administrator review.
• Assists with project management and development for HR employee programs.
• Monitors data quality and advises leadership on retention and engagement initiatives.
