• 7 years of HRIS experience.
• Experience with Job Evaluation and HRIS systems.
• Proven follow-through with shipped initiatives and projects.
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end in a remote team.

• Own the cadence turning Offer Negotiation reporting into Change Management action.
• Pin down unit economics before Moss Adams pours growth fuel.
