Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function, handling HR admin, records, benefits, and compliance across a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, maintain confidential files, answer routine inquiries, and coordinate programs and projects under HR leadership while ensuring accurate, timely processes and a positive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
• Knowledge of vaccination policy requirements for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and requests and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Provide administrative support for shared HR inboxes.
• Provide timely replies to employment verification requests.
• Support HR Business Partners and other People team members with administrative tasks, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate administrative projects and programs under HR leadership; assist with onboarding coverage.
• Provide back-up coverage with onboarding new hires.
