Job summary

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) seeks an HR Worker Care Manager to lead the Worker Care team, overseeing compensation, benefits, personnel data, and generalist HR support for MCC US. You will report to the US HR Director and collaborate across regions to implement policies and ensure compliant HR practices.

The role requires strengthening employee relations, leveraging Excel and HRIS tools, and fostering an inclusive, safe workplace aligned with MCC values.

Qualifications

• Organizational values and culture aligned with MCC faith and inclusive practices.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience demonstrated in US contexts.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and compensation/benefit regulations.
• Proven customer service, collaboration across departments and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Worker Care team, planning and implementing work portfolios.
• Supervise project management tasks with the US HR Director.
• Ensure compliance and policy standards in worker care, benefits and compensation.
• Provide direction, development and performance evaluations for team members.
• Support safeguarding, anti-oppression commitments, and HR governance across MCC US.
