Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder consultations for reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and tests using Excel/SQL.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead report intake and stakeholder consultation for HR analytics initiatives.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Functional Design Specifications and testing docs.
• Coordinate testing to validate accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Support reports, dashboards, and analytics across SAP, Cognos, SQL, and BI platforms.
