Army National Guard Units in Oklahoma City seeks a HR SPEC (Employee Benefits/Compensation) to serve as the state-level expert and primary contact for employee benefits, retirements, and work-life programs. You will ensure compliance with OPM, DoD, NGB, DA, DAF, and other regulations for ARNG and ANG full-time staff in the state.

You will advise management and employees on health, life, and other Federal programs, CSRS/FERS retirement options, and compensation/pay policies.

Formación

• No substitution of education for specialized experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as State Level Expert on Employee Benefits, Retirements, and Work-Life Programs.
• Advise management and counsel employees on health, life insurance, FECA and other programs.
• Provide guidance on CSRS, FERS, survivor benefits and retirement options.
• Administer and analyze compensation/pay programs, including hours of duty and premium pay.
• Manage USERRA program and Telework, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment Programs.
• Coordinate Reasonable Accommodations to maximize resources and minimize costs.
• Process SF-52 and SF-50 forms and perform internal audits for regulatory compliance.
