Job summary
Salmon Group is seeking a People Tech professional to accelerate automation projects across recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. You will join a globally distributed, hybrid-first team with a Manila-time core window and collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to optimize HR processes.
The role requires 3+ years as a Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Process Analyst, with hands-on HR automation experience and strong documentation, requirements gathering, and end-to-end
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst or Process Analyst.
- Hands-on HR automation experience—recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning or similar.
- End-to-end project delivery from requirements to launch.
- Strong requirements gathering, process modeling and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own HR process improvement and automation projects end-to-end from request to launch.
- Collaborate across business analysis, project management, HR systems configuration, and automation.
- Join People Tech and work with stakeholders and developers to influence HR processes.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Document business requirements, map processes, and prepare functional specs.
- Lead UAT, ensure solution quality, and support rollout; train users and troubleshoot.
