Job summary

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. You will own HR process automation projects end-to-end, coordinating with business analysts, developers, and HR stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Applicants should have 3+ years in BA/HRIS/Process analysis, hands-on automation experience in HR, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Process Analyst.
• Hands-on experience automating HR processes—recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, or similar.
• Experience running projects end-to-end: requirements to testing and launch.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process modeling, documentation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• English B2+ for work with an international team and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own HR process improvement and automation projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, HR systems configurers, and developers.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and prepare functional specs.
• Independently run HR systems automation projects from idea to launch.
• Coordinate changes with stakeholders and developers; organize UAT and rollout.
• Troubleshoot HR systems and train users; support ongoing administration.
