Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-scale networks.
• Deep knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Experience administering InfiniBand and Ethernet networks.
• Proficiency in documenting network processes and diagrams.
• Strong understanding of L2 and L3 network protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and IT support abilities to resolve network issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades to network equipment.
• Provide support to staff and respond to server and network issues.
• Manage InfiniBand and Ethernet networks across the data center.
• Run diagnostics and replace failing parts promptly.
• Maintain thorough documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Develop automation and tools to improve operations.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and after-hours responses.
• Stay up-to-date with data center infrastructure and AI/ HPC technologies.
