Job summary

Wipro is seeking an HPC / Kubernetes Engineer for 100% US remote work. You will operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms (EKS, CKS, GKE) across multiple clouds, manage cluster lifecycles, node pools, and networking, and ensure stability during rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, or HPC.
• Kubernetes is the core requirement with hands-on experience at scale, including node pools, scheduling, and upgrades.
• Terraform proficiency for writing and reviewing infrastructure-as-code daily.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, EFS, FSx for Lustre).
• Python for tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Operate Kubernetes platforms (EKS, CKS, GKE) at scale across providers; manage cluster lifecycle, node pools, networking, and upgrades.
• Provision HPC infrastructure through CI/CD across AWS, CoreWeave, GCP, OCI; expand providers.
• Manage job scheduling to allocate GPU compute for training and inference workloads.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs; build monitoring/alerts; participate in incident reviews.
• Coordinate daily with Networking, Storage, Security, and AI/ML platform teams.
