Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Parallel Computing Engineer with 10+ years in HPC, GPU programming, and parallel computing to optimize AI, ML, and scientific workloads. You will design CUDA kernels, profile with Nsight tools, enable multi-GPU scaling, and work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Triton on enterprise and research projects across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional GPU programming and HPC experience.
• Expert-level CUDA C/C++ programming and GPU architecture knowledge.
• Experience with NCCL, MPI, and distributed GPU communication.
• Experience integrating GPU kernels into PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize CUDA kernels for AI and HPC workloads.
• Profile and optimize GPU workloads using Nsight tools.
• Enable multi-GPU scaling and distributed training/inference.
• Mentor engineers and lead HPC architecture discussions.
• Evaluate new GPU technologies and accelerators.
