Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a CUDA Developer for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will design and optimize compute-heavy workloads on GPUs, focusing on AI training, inference, and high-throughput data tasks.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of GPU programming experience, deep CUDA C/C++ expertise, and strong systems programming skills. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver production-ready, high-performance software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in GPU programming and performance engineering.
• Deep expertise in CUDA C/C++ and GPU programming models.
• Strong understanding of modern GPU architectures, memory hierarchies, and execution models.
• Hands-on experience profiling and optimizing GPU workloads in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize compute-intensive workloads on modern GPU platforms.
• Extract maximum performance for AI training, inference, and HPC workloads.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code and design reviews.
