Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Parallel Computing Engineer to optimize AI, machine learning, and scientific workloads. You will design CUDA kernels, profile GPU performance, and scale multi-GPU training across enterprise and research environments.

The role demands 10+ years of HPC experience, deep CUDA knowledge, and collaboration with AI researchers and software architects to push production performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in GPU programming, HPC or parallel computing.
Expert-level CUDA C/C++ and GPU architecture knowledge.
Experience with distributed GPU communication (NCCL, MPI).
Hands-on experience integrating GPU kernels into ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize CUDA kernels for AI, deep learning, and scientific computing.
Profile and optimize GPU workloads with Nsight and CUDA profiling tools.
Scale multi-GPU and distributed training/inference architectures.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to accelerate AI applications.
Develop benchmarking and performance regression pipelines.
Evaluate new GPU technologies and accelerator architectures.
Mentor engineers in GPU optimization and HPC best practices.
