Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating specialized print press machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with safety standards, 6S and quality control procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and time management; able to work independently or in a team.
Flexible schedule during high production peak seasons.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain a range of digital press and bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed products.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and train new operators.
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs.
Support setup and assist other operators to meet deadlines.
