Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior printing industry experience: digital, flexo, offset, or commercial print.
• Label, shrink-sleeve, or narrow-web experience preferred.
• HP Indigo experience a significant plus; Level I Indigo Certification is better.
• Strong color judgment and ability to spot defects.

Responsibilities

• Run HP Indigo digital presses start to finish — setup, operation, and monitoring.
• Hold color consistency and meet customer specifications on every run.
• Read and verify job tickets for substrates, inks, and finishing requirements.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on the press.
• Diagnose print defects and escalate to HP support when needed.
• Record production, quality, and material usage data accurately.
• Suggest improvements to reduce waste and shorten changeovers.
• Collaborate with shift supervisor, scheduler, and finishing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
