Job summary

AlphaGov, a project-based housing policy consultant organization, seeks experts to help Indian River County and Henry County evaluate housing conditions and shape practical, equitable policies addressing affordability, supply, preservation, workforce housing, and implementation.

You'll analyze housing data, review local policies, and engage officials, providers, and residents to develop actionable policy options and implementation steps. Travel to client sites may be required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing-policy or affordable-housing consulting.
• Ability to combine housing-market data, policy research, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning.
• Willingness to travel as a 1099/project-based collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Analyze housing supply, demand, affordability, and trends.
• Review local policies, codes, programs, incentives, and tools.
• Engage officials, providers, residents, developers, and organizations.
• Develop actionable policy options and implementation steps.
• Contribute policy qualifications to AlphaGov proposals when permitted.
