Destination Careers is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our Hotel Customer Support Coordinator team in a fully remote setup. You will assist clients with hotel and resort research, review options, and handle booking details from inquiry to confirmed arrangements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with hotel and resort research based on preferences, dates, and budget
• Review available accommodations, property features, and reservation options
• Support clients with hotel booking and confirmation details
• Communicate important reservation information and updates clearly
• Assist with questions, modifications, and other reservation-related needs
• Research property locations, amenities, room options, and available services
• Maintain accurate client preferences and reservation records
• Provide timely follow-up throughout the planning and booking process
• Utilize online booking platforms and approved industry resources
• Follow established procedures for reservations and client documentation
• Deliver professional and courteous customer support
