Short’s Travel Management is seeking an Account Coordinator for STM-Stay, a role within the hotel department. The position is remote-friendly and supports Account Executives and Managers with proposals, negotiations and hotel relationships.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to tasks beyond the typical scope for client needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related field
• Experience with hospitality, hotel customer service and hotel management desired but not required
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership

Responsabilités

• Assist with review and management of hotel proposals and negotiations
• Build relationships with hotel vendors and hotel sales managers to ensure prompt receipt of proposals and bids
• Be a good team player, cross-trained as needed, dependable and reliable
• Support other tasks outside of the typical position scope for clients or the company
